Mr. Yunchuan Jing, founder of
www.china-laws.com and a founding partner of King &
Partners (Beijing Gaotong Law Office), a partnership law
firm specialized in FDI, corporate mergers &
acquisitions, banking law, intellectual property
protection and cultural and sports law.
Mr. Jing
worked with the Legislative Affairs Commission of
China's National People's Congress as a Legislative
Officer for a number of years and actively participated
in drafting and revising most foreign-related national
laws; Mr. Jing also worked with a District Court of
Beijing Municipality from 1997 - 1998 to assist the
Chief Judge in handling over one hundred civil cases
involving purchase and sale, lease, and family dispute,
issues, among others.
